Are you a chain company?


No. We are a local, family-owned and operated business.

I am worried about rodenticides and my small animals. Will they be exposed to anything?


All rodenticide is placed in secure, locked stations and placed inaccessible to pets, small children, and other non-target pests.

How do you get rid of bats? 


We have extremely experienced, state-certified wildlife technicians who will evaluate your situation and come up with a plan specifically tailored for you and your home.

I don’t live here year round but have issues while I’m away. What programs do you offer? 


We have many different structured plans ranging from one-time treatments to monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual services. Depending on your pest problem, our certified tech will recommend a plan.

What are your prices? I am on a fixed income.


All our prices vary depending on the situation and pest. We do believe that people should be able to live pest-free and will work with you to make sure that this is a possibility. We also offer numerous coupons throughout the year as well as discounts for veterans and senior citizen discounts.

How long have you been in business and where are you located?


Family owned and operated for over 34 years. We service all of Berkshire County, Mass and our bed bug services extend into Southern Vermont.


What do you do for bed bugs?


Our certified techs will inspect prior to any treatment. We use Thermal Remediation as our preferred treatment. Depending on the situation, a chemical application may also be recommended.

Our restaurant is open seasonally. What plan do you recommend? 


Each customer is different as will our approach. We will set up a plan specifically suited for you in order to control and eliminate any pest problem you may have.

I am purchasing a home and am required to get a pest inspection by the bank. Does your company do that?


Absolutely! We perform the Wood Destroying Insect Inspection for all FHA/VA loans or any bank requiring the inspection.

How long do I need to have a service plan for? Do I need to do this every year?


Some homes are more susceptible to pests than others and require a maintenance program. For others, a one-time, semi-annual, or even a yearly program would suffice.

I am having a wedding and need an outside treatment as soon as possible for ticks. When can you get here?
